Traditional pizza dough

With this pizza dough, you can bake perfectly crispy pizzas.
(5 pizzas)

Ingredients
• 500 grams flour
• 3,2 dl (1,35 cups) water
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 6 g dried yeast
• 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
1. Combine flour, salt and yeast in a bowl. Mix flour with lukewarm water and olive oil. Knead for about 10 minutes. Using a stand mixer will help you to reach the optimal result.
2. Let the dough rest and rise for 20 minutes. Knead rested dough for a moment.
3. Cover the dough with cloth, or place it in a bowl and cover with a lid.
4. Cut into 5 equal pieces (about 160 g). Place a dough ball on a floured surface and stretch it with your fingers or with a rolling pin.
5. Top as you wish and bake.
