Margherita extra

Updated version of classic Margherita pizza

Ingredients
• Tomato sauce
• Strained buffalo mozzarella
• Fresh basil leaves
• Olive oil

Method
1. Prepare traditional pizza dough.
2. Slice the buffalo mozzarella and strain all excess water from them.
3. Separate dough into five equal parts. Using your fingertips, press a piece of dough into a circle. Spread tomato sauce over dough.
4. Add sliced mozzarella and bake until mozzarella melts.
5. Add basil leaves and drizzle oil for flavor.
